Increasingly however homeowners are looking to dig down to create new spaces and we have successfully completed a number of basement projects all across Ontario.

NEW BUILDS
The opportunity to build an entirely new home is always an exciting prospect and successful construction is largely the result of the collaborative relationships we build with architects and clients. Our team works closely with the Project Architect from the beginning to ensure we perfectly execute the finer details in the design.

HOW IT WORKS
During an initial onsite consultation our team will discuss the space and design ideas, capturing all requirements to fully understand the vision for the space. Once the design brief has been agreed, we will produce and present a concept design before moving forward to produce a scaled, inked layout drawing. 3D Visuals can also be produced to help further bring the designs to life.
From hard and soft landscaping to the installation of bespoke lighting, fire pits and swimming pools, the garden construction and planting is entirely co-ordinated and delivered by our team.

You’ll be amazed to find the playhouse interior finished with as much attention to detail as the exterior. Play homes are built on-site. Custom colors and sizes are available.
PERMITS
All municipalities have different ordinances regarding backyard structures. Our dedicated team will obtain the necessary building permit and check with your local building inspector and homeowner’s association before installation.
